Repot twice per year - once in the spring & once in the fall

Why Repot:

• Plants need regular repotting to maintain vigorous growth & beauty
  Fresh potting mix also adds nutrients to revitalize container plants

When to Repot:

• Check for these common signs:
  Roots growing from drainage holes or appearing on soil surface
  Wilting or yellowing leaves
  Little or no growth
  

How to Repot:

• Choose a new pot slightly larger than previous pot with drainage hole
  Fill pot about halfway with Schultz® All Purpose Potting Soil Plus, pat down gently
  If plant is root bound, gently score root system with knife
  Center root ball in pot and fill around with soil Schultz® All Purpose Potting Soil Plus
  Leave about 1" between top of soil and rim of pot
  Pat down soil firmly around root system
  Water plant slowly, but thoroughly to allow proper drainage
